W nowej edycji 2023/2024 – Projekt IntegrART 7 dołączyła do naszego zespołu Mila Frémondière.

Cześć wszystkim,
Mam na imię Mila i pochodzę z Francji.
Jestem wolontariuszką Europejskiego Korpusu Solidarności w projekcie INTEGRart Volunteer in’ Kraków.
Przez kolejne miesiące spotkacie mnie w Klub Kultury Wola, nie mogę się już doczekać naszych wspólnych działań !
Mam wykształcenie pedagogiczne, dlatego chciałbym otworzyć grupę z nauką francuskiego. Podczas zajęć chcę opowiedzieć więcej o moim kraju, uczyć Was w zabawny i nieformalny sposób, na przykład poprzez muzykę i teatr.
Jestem zakochana we wszelkich formach sztuki i nowych środkach wyrazu! Ostatnio interesują mnie podcasty i akwarela.
Jestem także bojowniczką i społeczniczką – pracowałam z niepełnosprawnymi dziećmi, kobietami będącymi ofiarami traumy i uchodźczyniami.
Nie mogę się doczekać, by podzielić się z Wami moimi pomysłami i projektami, stać się częścią społeczności, dowiedzieć się więcej o Polsce i przeżyć rok pełen energii i kreatywności wśród Was.

Hello everyone,
My name is Mila and I am from France . I am a European Solidarity Corps volunteer part of the INTEGRart Volunteer in’ Kraków project. For the next months I will be in Klub Kultury Wola and I am really looking forward to all the things we can do together !
As part of my studies I learned science of education so I would like to create French lesson where I can tell you more about my country in a fun and non-formal way, through music and theater for example. I’m in love with all forms of arts and new ways of expression, lately I’m interested in podcast and watercolor.
I’m also a militant and social worker, so far I have worked with disabled children, woman victims of trauma and refugees.
I can’t wait to share with you my ideas and projects, be part of the community, discover more about Poland, live a year full of energy and creativity by your side. See you around in Wola !
Aktywności Mili:
- Theater workshop (31st October and 2nd November)
In October I had the opportunity to organize and led two theater workshops in collaboration with the @XIV Liceum Ogólnokształcące and Erasmus + students, coming from Poland and Czech Republic, around the theme of ecology and sustainable environment. This project “Artists for Ecology” had the ambition to raise the level of ecological awareness among young generation through theater and improvisation.
2. Focus
A series of social media content focusing on different date such as :
- 25th of November : International Day for the Elimination of violence against women
- 10th of December : Human Rights’ Day
- 17th of January : Fun fact about French Cheese
- 8th of March : International women’s rights day
3. Rodzinny Misz-Masz (18th November)
Once a month we welcome families at the Club to have some arts and craft activities and fun moment all together. In November I had the chance to participate to one of those event were families created little “finger puppet” and then met with snakes by Zooventura edukacja.
4. French Club (start the 28th of November)
Since November I have started a French Club every Tuesday evening, in which adults have the opportunity to learn a new language and culture in a fun and non-formal way (through games, theater, food, etc) with no pressure as there is no specific level required.
We already made 2 special workshops :
- The tasting of French cheese and discovering of their region – See pictures
- A make-up session with 2 professional – See pictures
5. International volunteering Day at the Liceum LO XXVII (5th December)
Took an active role in the preparation of the Volunteering Day in Liceum LO XXVII by :
- Presenting ESC and our project to students, encouraging them to participate in volunteering,
- Creating booths so we can talk about volunteering in different forms : ESC, our personal experiences (Living Library) and local Polish volunteering,
- Installing a fresco board where students could express their creative opinion about volunteering.
6. Dworek and Przegorzaly’s concert
Participation to two winter concert with the other volunteers :
- Dworek – Winter Concert the 15th of December – See pictures

7. French conversation (start the 22th of January)
Organized several one-on-one conversation session with interested people.
8. Winter Workshop (12 – 23th February)
Two weeks of winter camp activities with children from 7 to 13 years old where I held sportive games and challenged kids’ rapidity, dexterity and collaboration. I also prepared a quiz, with the precious help of Krystyna, a polish student.
8. Dworek TV for the 20 years of Poland in the EU (26th February)
Participation in a TV show (Dworek TV) organized for the anniversary date of Poland in the EU. With the other volunteers, I had an active role in the construction of the interview, find the appropriate questions and answers, while discussing European values and sharing our personal experiences.
9. Event at WOLA for the 20 years of Poland in the EU (23th March)
On May 1, 2004, Poland joined the European Union. On this occasion and to celebrate these 20 years, Kultury Klub Wola hosts an event open for everyone. I organized a workshop with games for the all family, as if you were on a real TV program :
- Familiada (quiz for little and ground ups)
- Sport competition (hula hoops, coordination, rapidity)
- Jaka to melodia (guess the music and sing it if you can)
